We wish to inform you that the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data” – hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the “Regulation”, the Regulation and the Code Privacy are together defined as “Applicable Law”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter “users”).
According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

  • The processing of the data provided in a generic way will be carried out, also following automatic collection during navigation, for the sole purpose of ascertaining and controlling access to the Website. This also applies to technical cookies, to be understood as session cookies, of features or analytics that present the requirements specified by the Guarantor. In particular, with regard to the latter, it is clarified that they can be assimilated to technical cookies where these are created and used directly by the Website. In any case, for said analytics cookies, the Website, also in compliance with the Guarantor’s clarifications, provided for the anonymisation of IP addresses and the amendment to data processing; the collection and use of the aforementioned navigation data (without prejudice to the anonymization of IP addresses) allow monitoring of the progress of the Website and allow us to improve the service offered, offering the User a better browsing experience. Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website may acquire data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes: IP addresses, the domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, time of the request, the request to the server and other details relating to the communication protocol, the operating system and the IT environment user.

Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, Article 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part (oblivion, rectification, cancellation, profiling in accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR):
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Data collected through the Email platform
For complete information we specify that in sending communications via email Matteo Premoli uses a compliant platform, which, through statistical tracking systems, allows to detect the opening of a message, the clicks made on the hyperlinks contained within the email, from which IP address or with what type of browser is open the email, and other similar details. The collection of such data is functional to the use of the platform and constitutes an integral part of the functionality of the system for sending messages.

Furthermore, the User can easily oppose further mailings of newsletters also by clicking on the appropriate link for revocation of consent, which is present in each email containing the newsletter. Once the consent has been revoked, the Data Controller will send the User a message to confirm the revocation of the consent.

 Period of conservation
The data provided by the interested party will be stored until the revocation is expressed by the interested party, including through action on his browser, cleaning of cookies, express request or otherwise expressed.
The navigation data will be kept for the technical time necessary to fulfill the functions for which they were collected.

Each interested party has the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to articles 77 and following of the GDPR to a supervisory authority, which for the Italian State is identified in the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
The forms, methods and terms for proposing the complaints are provided for and regulated by the national legislation in force. The complaint is without prejudice to administrative and jurisdictional actions, which for the Italian State can be proposed alternatively to the same Guarantor or the competent Court.

The personal data provided with the form may be subject to profiling.

The profiling allows the Data Controller to evaluate certain personal aspects of the Interested party related in particular to his preferences, his interests, his tastes with reference to the products sold and the activities carried out by the Owner, in order to allow the Owner to offer the Interested in a more specific sales service aimed at his needs.

Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law, in implementation of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The law requires that the processing of personal data is based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency and that the data be processed in a way that guarantees adequate security of the same.
